Description

This project involved the complete retrofit and renovation of the plant, including a significant structural upgrade to the existing General Foods Plant. This plant has processing and packaging lines for the making of corn chips and other products. The resulting construction management cost ws $2.4 million for the first phase and $9.0 million + for the second phase. The third phase, a design buiild warehouse expansion, was $5.4 million. The final phase, a design build T.C. line addition, was recently completed at the cost of $25.5 million.
